Exotic Snacks AB has been acquired by Rootfruit Scandinavia AB
Credelity Capital, owned by a group of private individuals, has sold Exotic Snacks AB to Rootfruit Scandinavia AB.
Exotic Snacks has a leading position in the nature snacks and sweets category in Sweden, offering a wide assortment of snacks and candy. The company’s product portfolio contains over 140 references, both a pick-and-mix assortment as well as ready-packed products, which are mainly sold through grocery retailers.
Rootfruit Scandinavia produces and markets a growing range of snacks, such as potato-, lentil- and quinoa-based chips, distinguishing itself by offering healthier alternatives and mostly using local ingredients.
Credelity Capital provides experience and capital to fast-growing companies and to buy-outs. The firm’s business plan is to create value through investments in unlisted growth companies. Industrial knowledge and active and long-term ownership are cornerstones in Credelity Capital’s strategy.
