Liana Technologies har förvärvats av Ilkka-Yhtymä-koncernen.
Januari 2020 — Aktieägarna i Liana Technologies Oy, Finlands största leverantör av molnbaserad marknadsförings- och kommunikationsprogramvara, har sålt en majoritetsandel i företaget till Ilkka-Yhtymä-koncernen.
Liana Technologies är specialiserat på molnbaserad programvara för digital marknadsföring och kommunikation och erbjuder digitala verktyg till yrkesverksamma inom digital marknadsföring och kommunikation samt ledande reklambyråer över hela världen. Företagets huvudkontor och produktutveckling är belägna i Uleåborg, Finland. Även om Finland för närvarande är Liana Technologies huvudmarknad, har företaget även kontor i Stockholm, Paris, München, Dubai och Hongkong och strävar ständigt efter ytterligare internationell expansion.
Ilkka-Yhtymä-koncernen är en Finland-baserad mediekoncern som består av moderbolaget Ilkka-Yhtymä Plc, förlagsbolaget I-Mediat samt tryckeribolaget I-print. Koncernens huvudsakliga produkter inkluderar de regionala dagstidningarna Ilkka och Pohjalainen, fem lokala tidningar, två gratistidningar, marknadsförings- och kommunikationstjänster samt tryckeritjänster. Ilkka-Yhtymä Plcs aktier är noterade på Nasdaq Helsinki.
