Augusti 2024 — Den finska föregångaren inom marknadsföringsteknologi, Luxid Group, har sålt en minoritetsandel till private equity-bolaget Voland Partners för att stärka sin internationella tillväxt.
Luxid Group är en internationell digital marknadsföringsbyrå som erbjuder tjänster för att stödja B2B- och D2C-företags marknadsföring. Luxids datadrivna tjänsteutbud omfattar analys, teknologi, kreativitet och strategisk ledning. Luxid Group har 130 digitala marknadsföringsspecialister och kontor i Austin, London, Helsingfors och Åbo.
Voland Partners är en minoritetsinvesterare som specialiserar sig på utveckling av teknikföretag. Voland hjälper ambitiösa entreprenörer att lyckas genom att systematiskt och strategiskt utveckla företaget och tillsammans skapa framgångshistorier som gynnar hela samhället.
