OrderMate Pty Ltd has been sold to MSL Solutions (ASX:MSL).
OrderMate enables efficient ordering, transactions and payments for a large number of Australian food and beverage venues. OrderMate has a significant client base with over 2,400 customers, with a particular focus on restaurants, cafés and fine dining venues. Its products provide a cross-platform software and hardware solution that lends itself to more complex, higher revenue operations.
MSL Solutions helps venues deliver outstanding experiences every time they interact with their customers. Its SwiftPOS platform is purpose-built for venues, focusing on three core areas: point of sale, customer engagement and membership, and data and analytics.
