January 2022 — Rangerco Pty Ltd has acquired 1Step Communications.

Rangerco is a consortium created to acquire 1Step Communications.

Established in 2002, 1Step Communications is a leading Australian provider of information communications and technology (ICT) solutions to blue-chip customers across a range of industries. With its main Melbourne office and a network of partners, the company offers the highest levels of service to its clients across all of Australia and several international destinations.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins’ team in Australia put together a consortium of investors and conducted a management buy-out of 1Step Communications.
