Toivo Group has successfully transferred to the Main Market of Nasdaq Helsinki
June 2025 — Toivo Group Plc has taken a significant strategic step by transferring to the Main Market of Nasdaq Helsinki. This move supports the company’s ambition for sustainable growth and reinforces its position as a key player in the Finnish residential development sector.
Toivo is a Finnish housing developer, builder and owner-seller specializing in the development, construction, ownership and sale of residential properties. The company acquires land, constructs housing and either retains the properties on its balance sheet or sells them to optimize capital efficiency. Toivo’s operations span the full development cycle, including project development, design management and construction management. The company owns and manages residential buildings, which it rents to both individual and corporate clients. Its apartments are modern, well-designed, reasonably priced and primarily located in the Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions. Toivo manages the entire property lifecycle with its in-house team, from raw land acquisition to lease negotiations, property management and sales. Its approach emphasizes combining advanced construction technologies with a strong user experience, while integrating ecological and environmental considerations into every project.

The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies. Following the successful employee share sale for autonomous driving pioneer Wayve earlier this month, fintech leader Moneybox has completed a US$61 million (£45 million) employee liquidity event through the PSM. By structuring the transaction as an employee liquidity event, long-serving employees with vested equity have been able to realize some of the value they helped create while enabling Moneybox to remain private and continue its growth journey. Crowdcube managed the employee seller and investor participation process.
