January 2026 — Grupo Bolívar S.A. has received a fairness opinion on the holding company and its investment portfolio.
Grupo Bolívar is a leading financial conglomerate headquartered in Colombia with operations across Latin America. With a history spanning over 70 years, the group has a consolidated book value of more than US$3 billion. Its diversified investment portfolio spans sectors including banking, insurance and construction. Grupo Bolívar is listed on the Colombian Stock Exchange and controlled by a group of local families.

Moneybox’s employee share sale has set another milestone for London’s Private Securities Market
The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies.
