July 2026 — Matrix Claims Services, Ennis & Associates and Cardinal Claims Services have been acquired by HF Limited, expanding its presence in Dublin and enhancing its insurance claims management and defense litigation offering. Together, the businesses create a scaled platform capable of supporting insurers throughout the claims lifecycle.
Matrix, Ennis and Cardinal provide an integrated, end-to-end claims management and defense litigation offering to the Irish insurance sector, with approximately 60 employees. Their services cover the full claims lifecycle, including first notification of loss and repair management, damage and injury claims handling, litigation, costs settlement and recovery.
HF is a leading insurance-focused law firm and claims services provider, delivering defense litigation, fraud, risk and claims management solutions to insurers and corporate clients across the UK and Ireland.
