Sabial is a partner at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ UK member firms. He has over 10 years of experience advising shareholders and management teams on corporate finance transactions, and has delivered more than US$1.5 billion of value for clients across a broad range of sectors, including food, consumer, healthcare, technology and manufacturing. Recent transactions at Oaklins include the sale of Panthera BioPartners, a site management organisation, to LDC; the sale of Coverworld, a building products manufacturer and supplier, to Kingspan PLC; and the £22 million sale of Ambala, a premium sweets manufacturer, to Cakebox PLC.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins, Sabial worked at US investment bank Houlihan Lokey and at Deloitte. Beyond M&A, he sits on the advisory panel of a UK‑based technology venture capital firm focused on seed‑stage investing and is also an active angel investor. Sabial qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC and has a degree in economics from the University of Birmingham.
