Kyle Kearney

Associate Director

Kyle is an associate director at Oaklins Intrepid, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams on M&A and capital market transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology and consumer products. In addition to his transactional duties, he is actively engaged in various firm-building activities, including recruitment and Oaklins Intrepid’s new analyst training program.

Before joining the firm, Kyle worked at Duff & Phelps on middle-market M&A, restructuring and transaction opinions. He has also worked at Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank, covering Latin America as well as in commercial banking and commercial real estate. He has a BA in English from the University of California in Los Angeles and is a FINRA-registered representative.
