April 2015 — Latvijas Pārtikas Ražotāj has acquired FF Foods from the private shareholders. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Registered in 2010, Latvijas Pārtikas Ražotājs is engaged in the production of food products such as confectionery, culinary and frozen meat products.

FF Foods is a ready-made food producer which represents the Lango and Iļģuciema maiznīca konditoreja brands since 2012.
