Unipark UAB Stova has acquired Citypark Eesti OÜ for an undisclosed consideration.

Unipark UAB Stova is a car parking operator under the brand UniPark in Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and Poland. Stova is part of Modus Group, an international group of companies operating in the fields of renewable energy, automotive and mobility services, and real estate.

Citypark Eesti, established in 2008, manages more than 6.500 parking spots in Tallinn and is one of the largest parking operators in the market.

Oaklins' team in Lithuania advised the buyer in this transaction.
