Lexnet, UAB has been acquired by Bonnier Business Press AB
January 2017 — The private shareholders of Lexnet, UAB have sold the company to Bonnier Business Press. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Lexnet owns Infolex, a prime database source of legal information for professionals in the legal, corporate, government, law enforcement and academic markets in Lithuania.
Bonnier Business Press is part of Bonnier AB, a privately held Swedish media group of 175 companies operating in 15 countries. Bonnier Business Press publishes daily and weekly business papers, weekly/bi-weekly medical newspapers, magazines, and handbooks in digital and print format. it also controls the Lithuanian business daily publisher UAB Verslo žinios.
