The private shareholders of Algoritmu sistemos, UAB have sold the company to Inventio, a subsidiary of INVL Technology.
Algoritmu sistemos develops high quality, effective and reliable information systems and business processes facilitating programs for large and medium-sized public organizations and enterprises. The company offers solutions in the e-governance, e-health, finance, social security, environmental protection and education areas.
INVL Technology is a closed-end investment company which invests in IT businesses. It is listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius exchange (INC1L).
The company was established in early 2015 through the merger of the asset management and IT business companies INVL Technology AB and BAIP Group AB.
