Yuval Lipkin Shahak

Yuval is head of research at Oaklins Rosario in Israel. He leads the firm’s research and financial analysis activities, including company valuations, industry and market research, and the preparation of investment banking and transaction marketing materials. He supports the origination and execution of M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, working closely with clients, investors and Oaklins colleagues internationally. Notable transactions Yuval has worked on include advising Bezeq, Israel’s leading telecommunications group, on the sale of Bezeq Online, a provider of outsourced contact center services, to ONE Technologies, a major Israeli IT services provider; advising the owners of Dan Deal, a discount consumer products retailer, on its sale to Shufersal, Israel’s largest supermarket chain; and advising iCast, an Israeli provider of digital audio content, on its sale to Storytel Group, one of the world’s leading audiobook and e-book subscription service providers.

Yuval joined Oaklins Rosario in 2018 during his final year of undergraduate studies. He has a BA in Business Administration (cum laude), with a specialization in finance, from Reichman University (formerly the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya).
