United Living Group has acquired PiLON, the property services business operating in the social housing sector. This transaction combines PiLON’s expertise in social housing maintenance and people-focused approach with United Living Group’s extensive resources and industry network. PiLON is now well-positioned to explore new avenues for innovation, expand its service capabilities and deliver even greater value to its clients and communities.
Established 20 years ago, PiLON specializes in planned maintenance, compliance and refurbishment of assets owned and managed by social housing providers. The company operates in the UK across London, the Southeast and the Midlands, partnering with local authorities and housing associations. PiLON is currently contracted with eight of the G15 housing associations, the largest providers of affordable homes in London. The company’s operations are supported by bespoke technology, designed and implemented by PiLON’s in-house digital team to add value to its services and customers.
United Living Group provides essential services for vibrant communities and well-maintained housing. With over 1,100 employees and a network of 2,000 suppliers, they specialize in property, telecoms and infrastructure services, as well as new home development. Their work focuses on reviving homes and communities, ensuring the safe operation of utility assets and partnering with social landlords to create high-quality living spaces.
