BlueGem Capital Partners has acquired Light & Living
BlueGem Capital Partners has acquired Light & Living LLC from Mentha Capital.
BlueGem Capital Partners is a London-based private equity firm founded in 2007. The firm invests in mid-market companies located in Western Europe and focuses on retail and branded consumer goods, distribution and business services. It takes both majority and minority stakes and has a flexible approach in terms of deal structure to accommodate the requirements of entrepreneurs, families and co-investors.

Mentha Capital is an independent private equity firm active in the lower end of the mid-market in the Netherlands and Flanders, investing in established, mid-sized and profitable companies with clear opportunities for growth along multiple avenues, such as organic growth, expansion in new markets or a buy-and-build approach.
