McKesson Group, through its French subsidiary OCP SA, has acquired a stake in PCB S.A.
McKesson Group (formerly Celesio) is a large healthcare pharmaceutical wholesale company with operations in more than 16 countries.
PCB is the second largest pharmacy wholesaler is Belgium.
