Accumin has acquired Zero Consulting
October 2024 — Zero Consulting has been acquired by Accumin. With this acquisition, Accumin strengthens its environmental, social and governance (ESG) consulting services division, expanding the group’s presence across the entire real estate asset lifecycle.
Accumin (formerly Tinsa) is a renowned independent asset valuation group operating in Europe and Latin America. It is owned by British private equity firm Cinven and the management team. The company is present in 14 countries and has a network of over 2,000 external valuers.
Zero Consulting is an environmental consulting and auditing firm specializing in the construction sector. Established in 2007 and focused on Catalonia, it provides solutions to improve sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings and construction projects.
