September 2024 — Assessio has successfully completed the strategic acquisition of Wisnio, a rapidly growing HR tech provider specializing in talent assessment and development solutions. With its pioneering generative AI capabilities, Wisnio strengthens Assessio's market position, targeting private equity and executive search segments. This acquisition creates an opportunity for expansion into international markets, including the UK and US.
