July 2026 — Laboratoires Herbolistique has received a majority investment from Yotta Capital Partners alongside co-investors Ouest Croissance, Sodero and CE IDF, with Bpifrance, Océans Participations and the management team reinvesting.
Laboratoires Herbolistique is a French natural health company specializing in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of premium plant-based dietary supplements. The company operates a distinctive prescription-driven direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce model, supported by a network of more than 5,000 healthcare practitioners, including naturopaths, physicians and osteopaths. Laboratoires Herbolistique benefits from a fully integrated value chain. A recent vertical integration initiative, achieved through the acquisition of manufacturing capabilities, enabled the company to internalize approximately 80% of its production while creating additional capacity to develop its contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) business. In 2025, Laboratoires Herbolistique generated more than US$16 million in revenue and US$5 million in EBITDA.
Yotta Capital Partners is a French mission-driven private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonization. The firm backs innovative small- and mid-cap industrial companies through both buy-out and growth strategies with approximately US$460 million in assets under management.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in France acted as the sell-side advisor to Laboratoires Herbolistique and its shareholders in this transaction. The team conducted a competitive process involving both private equity firms and corporate buyers for a majority stake.
