Through this milestone transaction, Jack & Troy welcomes Coformaco as a financial partner to support its next phase of growth and internationalization. This partnership will help accelerate the company’s expansion in the reusable intimate care market while further strengthening its position as a leading sustainable consumer brand. The sellers will remain actively involved in the company’s daily operations and retain a shareholding in the business.
Jack & Troy is the company behind Moi et Marie, a fast-growing brand specializing in period underwear and swimwear, and incontinence brand Wohla. Through its innovative and sustainable product offering, the group has established a strong position in these niche consumer segments.
Coformaco is the family office of Conny Vandendriessche, Wim and Matthijs Vanhaelemeesch, with ties to businesses including Accent Jobs and House of HR. Based in Roeselare, Belgium, this independent investment company takes a long-term perspective, investing for future generations and guided by a belief in entrepreneurship, independence and patient capital.
