Ciaran O'Meara

Associate Director

Ciarán is an associate director at Oaklins Capnua in Ireland. A chartered accountant, he advises clients on buy-side, sell-side, debt advisory and capital-raising transactions across a range of sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of Automatic Fire to Cardinal Capital Group; the sale of SAP Landscapes to Renatus Capital Partners; the sale of BDS Vending to Coca-Cola HBC; the sale of Hevac and The Heat Merchants Group to Wolseley UK, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; and a debt refinancing for FLYEfit. He works closely with entrepreneurs and privately-owned businesses, helping clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Ciarán rejoined Oaklins Capnua in 2021, having previously completed a year-long placement with the firm as part of his undergraduate studies. He has a first-class honors BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
