Daniel is a partner at Oaklins Switzerland, where he is responsible for M&A and valuation topics. He works for both publicly listed companies and SMEs across most industries, with a focus on IT services and the TMT sector. Notable clients he has advised include Straumann, Landis+Gyr, Gategroup, MSC Cruises, Breitling, Bühler, Goldbach Group, Medartis, Sonova, Calida, SNB, olo marzipan, Westiform, Espisa, Extramet, ALSO, Aveniq, Boss Info and Global IT.
 
Daniel joined Oaklins in 2014. He is a CFA charterholder and has a master’s degree and a PhD in Business Administration. During his doctoral studies, he had appointments as a teaching and research assistant at the universities of Basel and Bern, respectively. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor for Deloitte.
