Thomas Jungreithmeir

Managing Partner

Thomas is a managing partner and founder of Oaklins Austria. With over 25 years of experience, he has participated in various financial and operative restructurings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital fundraisings, due diligence and private equity transactions across various sectors. Recent clients he has advised include TTTech Computertechnik AG, an important Austrian technology provider in relation to autonomous driving, Shades/Flexprint Group (flexible packaging) and Esterhazy Group (agriculture, mining, real estate and culture).

Prior to founding the firm in 2010, Thomas was a partner at KPMG Austria and head of the restructuring practice and head of the M&A division at KPMG Vienna. He is a board member of ReTurn and TMA Austria. Thomas graduated from the University of Business Administration in Vienna with a master’s in business administration. He is also a certified tax advisor and certified business consultant.
