Tom Holland-Hibbert

Tom is an associate director in the private growth capital team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, which specializes in assisting high growth scaling businesses raise venture capital funding. Recent notable private growth transactions he has advised on include Exeros Technologies, Much Better Adventures and OnSecurity Technology Ltd.

Before joining the firm in 2021, Tom spent three years working at then fintech startup Paddle.com, helping the business scale through three rounds of funding before joining the deals strategy and operations team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PwC, he was involved in a number of transactions, ranging from blue-chip multinationals to high-growth scaling companies within the technology and financial services sectors, doing due diligence for trade and private equity buyers across both the buy-side and sell-side. He graduated from Durham University in 2014 with an honors degree in civil engineering.
