Kilfrost Europe has been acquired by Clariant AG
December 2015 — Kilfrost Limited has sold Kilfrost Europe, its aircraft de-icing business in Europe, to Clariant AG. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Kilfrost Europe is a UK-based supplier of de-icing and anti-icing products to the civil aviation and transportation industries as well as ice protection fluids to general aviation.
