Allen Lane Consultancy Limited has been acquired by OUTSOURCING Inc.
July 2016 — The private shareholders of Allen Lane Consultancy Limited (ALC) have sold the company to OUTSOURCING Inc. Ben Kupsch and Doug Ingram, co-founders of ALC along with Ben Lane and James Allen, will continue to act in an oversight and advisory capacity in ALC post acquisition. Financial details have not been disclosed.
ALC is a boutique consultancy that specializes in the provision of managed accounting services, finance improvement expertise and change programme support to the central government. The company has continued to win work organically on the strength of its unique operating model.
OUTSOURCING Inc. is a Japanese multinational company headquartered in Tokyo and engaged in providing outsourcing services, worker dispatching and employment placement, and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a presence in Japan, China, Indonesia, Australia, the UK and Belgium, among others.
