The shareholders of Sparkler Limited, a leading digital insight and strategy consultancy, have sold the business to PA Consulting Group. Financial details have not been disclosed.

The company offers award-winning digital expertise to an impressive list of blue chip clients such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, eBay and Snapchat. Services include brand strategy, insight, service innovation, and qualitative and quantitative market research.
PA Consulting provides consulting services and technology and innovation solutions. It offers consulting services in the areas of functional expertise, corporate strategy, marketing and customer strategy, finance, operations, people and talent, supply chain, business design, digital business, program implementation, regulations, shared services and outsourcing, and technology and innovation.
