The shareholders of Sparkler Limited, a leading digital insight and strategy consultancy, have sold the business to PA Consulting Group. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Sparkler is a UK-based digital insight and strategy business. The company offers award-winning digital expertise to an impressive list of blue chip clients such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, eBay and Snapchat. Services include brand strategy, insight, service innovation, and qualitative and quantitative market research.
PA Consulting provides consulting services and technology and innovation solutions. It offers consulting services in the areas of functional expertise, corporate strategy, marketing and customer strategy, finance, operations, people and talent, supply chain, business design, digital business, program implementation, regulations, shared services and outsourcing, and technology and innovation. The group's technology solutions include product development and manufacturing, product design, manufacturing process development, IT and digital solutions, agile delivery and change, business intelligence and analytics, digital trust and cyber security, IT delivery and assurance, and IT transformation. Founded in 1943 and based in London, PA Consulting operates globally from offices across the Americas, Europe, the Nordics and the Gulf.
