Altitude Group has raised US$8.8 million
January 2019 — Altitude Group plc has completed a fundraising for the acquisition of Advertising Industry Mastermind Group, LLC, the largest and fastest-growing promotional products distributor group in the USA.
Altitude Group provides technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print, promotional products and clothing industries which operate brands that provide information, data and enterprise level technology through Software-as-a-Service. The group operates through two segments: technology & information and AdProducts.

Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, advised on the best method to raise the capital to fund the acquisition of Advertising Industry Mastermind Group, LLC and acted as sole broker to Altitude during the fundraise.
