IQGeo Group Plc has completed a fundraising

November 2020 — IQGeo Group Plc has completed a heavily oversubscribed fundraising, raising US$7.1 million to fund its acquisition of US geospatial software business OSP Insight International (OSPI). OSPI will accelerate IQGeo’s scale up, speed to profitability and cash generation.

IQGeo Group provides geospatial collaboration and productivity software to the telecommunications and utilities industries. With over 50,000 active software users, IQGeo has an established and rapidly growing customer base worldwide.
