TClarke has been acquired by Regent Acquisitions
TClarke plc has been acquired by Regent Acquisitions Limited through a recommended cash offer, with completion still pending.
TClarke is an industry leader in the design, installation, integration and maintenance of digital, mechanical and electrical technologies and infrastructure for modern buildings, delivering optimal performance, control and sustainability. Its services include mechanical and electrical systems, ICT solutions, and facilities management, encompassing intelligent building technologies and equipment installation.
Regent Acquisitions is part of the Regent Group, a leading supplier of gas and metering services to industrial and commercial customers, principally in the leisure, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, acted as the sole Rule 3 and financial advisor to TClarke in its recommended cash offer by Regent Acquisitions. The offer, which valued TClarke at approximately US$123 million on a fully diluted basis, was approved by shareholders in June 2024.
