Polaris Software Group has acquired Clarity Information Solutions
Polaris Software Group, backed by August Equity and the leading provider of innovative digital solutions for UK police forces and local authorities, has acquired Clarity Information Solutions. Headquartered in Oxfordshire, UK, Polaris is the market leader in permitting and offence processing software. Clarity provides enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that deliver cost savings, drive process improvement and facilitate compliance for public sector customers. Its ECM solutions are deployed across all areas of the UK public sector, including central government departments, local authorities, health trusts, police forces and fire and rescue services.
