SRT Marine has completed a placing and subscription
April 2026 — SRT Marine Systems plc has announced an equity raise of at least US$22 million at US$1.10 per share representing a 5.75% discount, through a US$19.4 million accelerated bookbuild placing and a US$2 million subscription by Ocean Infinity, alongside a separate retail offer of up to US$1.3 million.
SRT Marine is a global leader and innovator in maritime surveillance, intelligence, navigation safety and situational awareness. Its core technologies are used globally by customers ranging from national governments seeking to conserve and secure their vast national maritime areas to individual vessel owners and operators aiming to enhance safety and commercial efficiency.
