Cert Octavian plc has been acquired by Culina Group Limited

April 2012 — The shareholders of Cert Octavian plc, UK's market leader in premium product logistics, have sold the company to Culina Group Limited, the market-leading provider of shared-user logistics services for food and drink companies. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Cert Octavian provides transportation logistics in the UK. The company offers multi-channel distribution, secure logistics, cross-docking, advanced security, warehousing, stock control, specialist storage facilities, promotional packaging, and specialist wine trade.
