Cert Octavian plc has been acquired by Culina Group Limited
The shareholders of Cert Octavian plc, UK's market leader in premium product logistics, have sold the company to Culina Group Limited, the market-leading provider of shared-user logistics services for food and drink companies. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Cert Octavian provides transportation logistics in the UK. The company offers multi-channel distribution, secure logistics, cross-docking, advanced security, warehousing, stock control, specialist storage facilities, promotional packaging, and specialist wine trade.
