Christian Moritz

Associate Director

Christian is an associate director at Oaklins Germany and co-heads its Frankfurt office. With over 10 years of M&A experience, he is focused on the industrial machinery & components, energy and petcare sectors. Christian has extensive expertise in the development of corporate strategies, succession planning and growth strategies for international corporations, private equity firms and family businesses. Among his most recent transactions are the sales of GROFA Action Sports GmbH to DARFON Electronics Corporation and the acquisition of WESTFA Energy GmbH by Mabanaft.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Christian worked in corporate M&A at TRUMPF SE, where he led international buy-side, sell-side and fundraising transactions. He played a key role in developing and executing a sustainable buy-and-build strategy, as well as overseeing PMI management and reporting. His previous experience also includes roles at IEG Investment Banking Group and Accenture GmbH. Christian has an MBA from KATZ Business School (University of Pittsburgh, USA) and an MSc in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany).
