Matt is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, where he heads the ECM consumer team. He has over 19 years’ advisory experience advising small and mid-cap companies on the full range of transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, placings, takeovers and disposals on the Main Market and AIM. His current and previous consumer sector clients include PPHE Hotel Group, Photo-Me, Revolution Bars, Shoe Zone, Eve Sleep, Topps Tiles, Victoria, ScS, Carpetright, Holidaybreak, Capital Pub Company, Carluccio’s, Premium Bars & Restaurants and Brasserie Blanc.

Matt has previously worked at Collins Stewart, KBC Peel Hunt and Ernst & Young.
