City Service Digital has acquired Starlit
December 2021 — Facility management group City Service Digital strengthens its presence in digital solutions for the residential facility management sector by acquiring Starlit s.r.o.
City Service Digital is a subsidiary of City Service SE, the Lithuania-based building facilities management group which is present in the Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Polish and Spanish markets. It is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Starlit, based in the Czech Republic, is engaged in the production and development of IT solutions for apartment building managers, administrators and communities.
