July 2023 — Solek Europe Holding s.r.o. has completed a fundraising to finance the development of solar power plants across Europe.

Solek specializes in renewable and sustainable energy. An innovator in solar power, the group develops, builds, operates, owns and maintains numerous power plants in Europe and Latin America.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins’ team in the Czech Republic advised Solek Europe on a fundraising and acted as the bond issue manager and sole placement agent.
