January 2025 — EIDO Healthcare has been successfully acquired by Radar Healthcare, a leading provider of digital risk management and quality compliance software.

By uniting Radar’s innovative technology with EIDO’s trusted informed consent solutions, the combined organization is well-positioned to accelerate growth and enhance its offerings for customers in health and care markets worldwide. This announcement follows a significant investment in Radar last year from Marlin Equity Partners.
