Marco Valsecchi
Senior Associate
Marco is a senior associate on the ECM team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. He is involved in pitching for and executing equity capital market deals, mainly on the Italian stock exchange managed by Borsa Italiana. Recent transactions Marco has participated in include the IPOs of Gens Aurea on Euronext STAR Milan and Bending Spoons on Nasdaq; the uplisting of ICOP on Euronext Milan; the rights issues of Trevi, Avio and Italgas on Euronext Milan; IDNTT’s accelerated bookbuilding on Euronext Growth Milan; and the delistings of Reway Group, Compagnia dei Caraibi, STAR7, Digital Value, Eles Semiconductor Equipment and Bialetti.
Marco joined the firm in 2020. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control, both from Bocconi University in Milan.
