Fred is a partner at Oaklins Austria. With over 15 years spent in consulting and private equity, he is experienced in M&A, restructuring and hostile takeovers of listed companies across a number of sectors, in particular in real estate, retail and automotive. Recent clients he has advised include landmark deals in the real estate industry and most recently fintech pioneers.

A former chairman of the Austrian Venture Capital Association (AVCO) and former vice chairman of the AWS Investment Committee for mid-sized funds, Fred is head of the supervisory board of Polytec Holding AG.
