Oliver Aspinall

Senior Manager

Oliver is a senior manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He advises clients across the full M&A lifecycle, supporting transactions from initial preparation and positioning through to execution and completion. Oliver focuses on business services, particularly testing, inspection, certification & compliance (TICC), as well as TMT and healthcare. He has advised on a number of successful transactions, including the sale of Team Safety Services to Vadella, the sale of STM Environmental to Phenna Group and the sale of Ashbury Global to Normec Group. He has also supported healthcare transactions, including the sale of Providence Projects to UK Addiction Treatment. Oliver has experience advising business owners, private equity investors and strategic buyers on both buy-side and sell-side mandates.
 
A chartered accountant, Oliver previously worked at Deloitte in the UK and Canada, where he specialized in non-financial due diligence, company performance assessments and external audits. He has a first-class honors degree in chemical engineering from Newcastle University and is actively involved in team development, recruitment and broader firm initiatives.
