Mikail Yilmaz

Associate

Mikail is an associate at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark, where he supports clients throughout the M&A process. His responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation and the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, information memoranda and teasers.
 
Mikail joined Oaklins in 2025. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Consilio Partners, a boutique M&A advisory firm. He has a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
