Niclas Alexander Jacobsen

Niclas is an analyst at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark, where he supports senior advisors across a wide range of M&A projects. As part of the team, he contributes to industry and market research, financial modeling, company valuations and the preparation of transaction materials, including pitch books, information memorandums and teasers.

Niclas joined Oaklins in 2026. Prior to this, he worked as a student analyst in audit & assurance at PwC. He has a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MSc in Finance and Accounting at Copenhagen Business School.
