Energy House Group, S.L. has been acquired by Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-P
April 2016 — The founding shareholders of Energy House Group, S.L. (Energy House) have sold the company to Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-P for an undisclosed consideration.
Led and partially owned by Jaime Jaquotot, Energy House began its activity in 2013 as the result of a spin-off of the management team of Alpiq Energía España S.A.U. – the Spanish subsidiary of Alpiq, a Swiss energy conglomerate. Energy House is an energy company focused on providing specialized consulting and outsourcing services across energy fields such as power, gas, renewables and energy efficiency to industries, global companies, public administrations, and small- and medium-sized enterprises.
Collins Capital Desarrollo is a Barcelona-based private equity fund focused on investment in small- and medium-sized enterprises.
