October 2016 — Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Radio Grúas Sabadell, S.L. from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.
Collins Capital is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.
Radio Grúas Sabadell is a leading Spanish company in the roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in the area of the Sabadell and the whole province of Barcelona, Spain.
