October 2016 — Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Viasol Assistencia, S.L. from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.
Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.
Viasol Asistencia is a leading Spanish company in the roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in the north of Lleida.
