Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Grúas Arafo, S.L. from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.

Collins Capital is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.

Grúas Arafo is a leading company in the Spanish roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in the central area of Tenerife, Canary Islands.
