November 2016 — Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Grúas Javier from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.
Collins Capital is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.
Grúas Javier s a leading company in the Spanish roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in the northern area of Tenerife, Canary Islands.
